LiF Consult PTY Limited is a Zambian and South African-registered company. LiF was established in Zambia in 2008 with a media arm producing LiF magazine. The company evolved to include LiF Consult in 2010, established primarily as an HR consulting firm. This has grown to include HR consulting, Leadership Development, Training and Executive coaching. The consulting firm was also registered in South Africa to offer the services listed above to Southern African countries (SADC).

Our Team
Eve Banda Nkumbula
Eve Banda Nkumbula is an Experienced Business leader with over 25 years of working closely with Chief Executives and C-Suite to build profitable organisations through Human Capital as a resource and providing leadership for successful Business turnaround. She has demonstrated success in working in the Telecoms, Mining Banking & Financial Services sectors across 15 African markets namely Zambia, Malawi, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Mozambique, Mauritius, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho Including Bahrain in the middle east and lived in 7 of those markets.
Eve holds a Bachelor of Arts, Development Studies and Public Administration from the University of Zambia conferred in 2000. Her postgraduate studies include an Advanced Management Development Programme from the London School of Business (2006), a Certified Consultant and Coach for Change programme from Oxford/HEC Paris (2009) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, from Kaplan University, USA conferred in 2015. In 2019, Eve was certified as a business coach by Gibs Institute under the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
